But the cautious shall live amongst gardens and fountains: 45 "Enter in peace and tranquility," (they will be told). 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 There shall touch them no toil therein, nor therefrom they shall ever be driven out. 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And that My punishment-- that is the painful punishment. 50 And tell them of Abraham's guests, 51 who came to him saying, "Peace be with you." Abraham said, "We are afraid of you". 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?" 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?" 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 "We have been sent," they said, "to (punish) a sinful people, 58 "(All) except the family of Lout (Lot). Them all we are surely going to save (from destruction). 59 but his wife. We decreed that she should be amongst those who remain behind. 60
