Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And We shall have removed whatsoever of grudge may be in their breasts: brethren they; sitting upon couches facing each other. 47 Toil shall not afflict them in it, nor shall they be ever ejected from it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 And that My punishment-- that is the painful punishment. 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When the angels came to him and said, “Peace"; he said, “We feel afraid of you.” 52 They said: Be not afraid! Lo! we bring thee good tidings of a boy possessing wisdom. 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 He said: And who despaireth of the mercy of his Lord save those who are astray? 56 He asked: 'Messengers, what is your errand' 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 “Except the family of Lut; we shall rescue all of them.” 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
