So when the apostles came to Lut's followers, 61 he said to them: 'I do not know you' 62 They said: Nay, but we bring thee that concerning which they keep disputing, 63 And we have come to you with truth, and indeed, we are truthful. 64 Therefore go forth with your followers in a part of the night and yourself follow their rear, and let not any one of you turn round, and go forth whither you are commanded. 65 We informed him that the unbelievers would be utterly destroyed. 66 In the meantime the people of the city came to Lot rejoicing. 67 He said, 'These are my guests; put me not to shame, 68 Have fear of Allah, and do not humiliate me." 69 They said: forbade we not thee against the worlds? 70 Lot said, "These are my daughters if you want them." 71 Verily, by your life (O Muhammad SAW), in their wild intoxication, they were wandering blindly. 72 Then the (Awful) Cry overtook them at the sunrise. 73 and We turned it uppermost nethermost and rained on it stones of baked clay. 74 Surely in this are signs for those who examine. 75 The place (where this occurred) lies along a known route. 76 Surely, in that there is a sign for those who believe. 77 The dwellers of the Wood (near Midian) were also wicked. 78 We therefore took revenge from them; and indeed both these townships are situated on an open road. 79

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
