And those who became fugitives for the cause of Allah after they had been oppressed, We verily shall give them goodly lodging in the world, and surely the reward of the Hereafter is greater, if they but knew; 41 [They are] those who endured patiently and upon their Lord relied. 42 And We did not send before you any but men to whom We sent revelation-- so ask the followers of the Reminder if you do not know-- 43 [and they will tell you that their prophets, too, were but mortal men whom We had endowed] with all evidence of the truth and with books of divine wisdom. And upon thee [too] have We bestowed from on high this reminder, so that thou might make clear unto mankind all that has ever been thus bestowed upon them, and that they might take thought. 44 Then, do those who have planned evil deeds feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them or that the punishment will not come upon them from where they do not perceive? 45 Or that He will not seize them in their going to and fro, and they will not be able to frustrate Him? 46 Are they confident that God will not slowly destroy them? Your Lord is Compassionate and All-merciful. 47 Have they not observed all things that Allah hath created, how their shadows incline to the right and to the left, making prostration unto Allah, and they are lowly? 48 Everything in the heavens and all the creatures on the earth prostrate themselves before God, as do the angels, and they do not behave proudly: 49 They fear their Lord above them, and they do what they are commanded. ۩ 50
