Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 My Lord! then set me not among the wrongdoing folk. 94 And indeed, We are able to show you what We have promised them. 95 Repel evil with the best deeds; We well know the matters that they fabricate. 96 And say: My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from suggestions of the evil ones, 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 Until when death overtakes one of them, he says: Send me back, my Lord, send me back; 99 so that I might act righteously in whatever I have failed [aforetime]!" Nay, it is indeed but a [meaningless] word that he utters: for behind those [who leave the world] there is a barrier [of death] until the Day when all will be raised from the dead! 100 So when the trumpet is blown, there shall be no ties of relationship between them on that day, nor shall they ask of each other. 101 And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful. 102 And he whose balances shall be light - these are they who have lost themselves; in Hell they are abiders. 103 the Fire smiting their faces the while they glower there. 104 [And God will say:] "Were not My messages conveyed unto you, and were you [not] wont to give them the lie?" 105 They will say: "our Lord! Our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we became a people astray! 106 Our Lord! Take us out of this. Then if we revert (to evil-doing) we shall indeed be wrongdoers." 107 He will say: "Be ye driven into it (with ignominy)! And speak ye not to Me! 108 Verily! There was a party of My slaves, who used to say: "Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy!" 109 Then ye took them mockingly, so that they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, and at them ye were wont to laugh. 110 [But,] behold, today I have rewarded them for their patience in adversity: verily, it is they, they who have achieved a triumph!" 111 He will say: How long tarried ye in the earth, counting by years? 112 They will say: We tarried by a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count! 113 He will say, “You stayed but only a little, if you knew.” 114 Did you, then, think that We created you in mere idle play, and that you would not have to return to Us?" 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 Whoever worships another god apart from God, for which he holds no proof, will have to account for it before his Lord. Verily the unbelievers will not prosper. 117 And say, (O Muhammad): "My Lord, forgive us and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful." 118
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
