On the day when We shall summon all men with their record, whoso is given his book in his right hand - such will read their book and they will not be wronged a shred. 71 But those who were blind in this world, will be blind in the hereafter, and most astray from the Path. 72 And verily they had well-nigh tempted thee away from that which We have revealed unto thee, that thou shouldst fabricate regarding something else; and then surely they would have taken thee as a friend! 73 And had We not made thee firm [in faith,] thou might have inclined to them a little 74 then We would have let you taste the double of life and death; and you would have found none to help you against Us. 75 And [since they see that they cannot persuade thee,] they endeavour to estrange thee from the land [of thy birth] with a view to driving thee away from it - but, then, after thou wilt have left, they themselves will not remain [in it] for more than a little while: 76 The tradition of the Noble Messengers We sent before you – and you will not find Our rules changing. 77
