(Consider) when Moses said to his young companion, "I shall continue travelling until I reach the junction of the two seas or have travelled for many years". 60 But when they reached the junction between them, they forgot their fish, and it took its course into the sea, slipping away. 61 Moses asked his young companion when they crossed this point, "Bring us our food; the journey has made us tired." 62 He replied, "Did you see when we were resting by the rock, that I forgot the fish? Satan made me forget it, so I did not mention it. It made its way to the sea in a miraculous way!" 63 Moses said: "That was what we were seeking after:" So they went back on their footsteps, following (the path they had come). 64 and found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed grace from Ourselves and unto whom We had imparted knowledge [issuing] from Ourselves. 65 Moses said to him: "May I follow thee, on the footing that thou teach me something of the (Higher) Truth which thou hast been taught?" 66 Said he, 'Assuredly thou wilt not be able to bear with me patiently. 67 And how can you have patience for what you do not encompass in knowledge?" 68 Said Moosa, “Allah willing, you will soon find me patient and I will not do anything against your instructions.” 69 He said, "Well then, if you would follow me, do not ask me about anything till I speak of it to you." 70
