See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 Due to their ascribing of an offspring to the Most Gracious. 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
