Do you not see that We have sent devils upon the unbelievers who greatly incite them (to oppose the Truth)? 83 So do not be impatient for them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him); We are only completing their number.* (* The number of days left for them or their evil deeds.) 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 and the criminals will be driven and thrown into hell, 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 They say: "God has begotten a son." 88 Assuredly, you have uttered a monstrous falsehood: 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender). 95 Surely Ar-Rahman will show love for those who believe and do the right. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
