T H (Taa Haa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Ta-Ha. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 We have not sent down the Koran to you for you to be tired, 2 but as a reminder to he who fears. 3 A revelation from He who created the earth and highest heavens, 4 The ever-merciful, established on the throne (of authority). 5 Unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth, as well as all that is between them and all that is beneath the sod. 6 Be thou loud in thy speech, yet surely He knows the secret and that yet more hidden. 7 God -- there is no god but He. To Him belong the Names Most Beautiful. 8 Hath there come unto thee the story of Musa? 9 When he saw a fire he said to his family: "You wait here. I have seen a fire. I may haply be able to bring an ember from it, or find direction by the fire." 10 When he came close to it, a voice called out, "Moses, 11 Lo! I, even I, am thy Lord, So take off thy shoes, for lo! thou art in the holy valley of Tuwa. 12 I Myself have chosen you; therefore, give ear to what is revealed. 13 “Indeed it is Me, Allah – there is no God except I – therefore worship Me and keep the prayer established for My remembrance.” 14 "Verily, the Hour is coming and My Will is to keep it hidden that every person may be rewarded for that which he strives. 15 Let him who does not believe in it and follows his lust not turn your thought away from it, lest you are ruined. 16 The Lord asked, "Moses, what is in your right hand?" 17 "It's my staff," he answered; "I lean on it, and fell leaves for my goats with it, and I have other uses for it." 18 (Allah) said, "Throw it, O Moses!" 19 So he cast it down, and lo! it was a serpent, gliding. 20 The Lord said, "Hold the serpent and do not be afraid; We will bring it back to its original form." 21 And thrust thy hand within thine armpit, it will come forth white without hurt. (That will be) another token. 22 This We have done to show you some of Our greater miracles. 23 "[And now] go thou unto Pharaoh: for, verily, he has transgressed all bounds of equity. 24
