Al-Mu' minoon 3 of 6
And said the chiefs of those who disbelieved among his people and belied the meeting of the Hereafter and whom We had luxuriated in the life of the world: this is no other than a human being like unto you; he eateth of that whereof ye eat, and he drinketh of that which ye drink. 33 If you obey a mortal like yourselves, then you will be losers. 34 Doth he promise you that you, when ye are dead and have become dust and bones, will (again) be brought forth? 35 ۞ What you are promised is indeed far-fetched. 36 There is naught but our life in this world; we die and we live and we shall not be raised again. 37 He is not but a man who has invented a lie about Allah, and we will not believe him." 38 [Whereupon the prophet] would say: "O my Sustainer! Succour me against their accusation of lying!" 39 [And God] would say: "After a little while they will surely be smitten with remorse!" 40 So the true Scream seized them – We therefore made them like rotten hay; so away with the unjust people! 41 Then, after them, We brought forth other generations. 42 [for,] no community can ever forestall [the end of] its term - and neither can they delay [its coming]. 43 We sent Our messengers one after the other but whenever a Messenger would come to a nation, its people would call him a liar and We would destroy one nation after the other, thus, only their stories were left behind them. God keeps the unbelievers far away from His Mercy. 44 Then We sent Moses and his brother Aaron with Our Signs and a clear authority 45 to Pharaoh and his Council, but they were very proud, and they were a tyrannical nation. 46 And they said: Shall we put faith in two mortals like ourselves, and whose folk are servile unto us? 47 So they belied them, and they were among the destroyed. 48 And We verily gave Moses the Scripture, that haply they might go aright. 49 And We made Mary's son, and his mother, a Sign, and We gave them refuge on a lofty ground, a peaceful site with springs flowing in it. 50

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
