“O Noble Messengers, eat good clean things, and do good deeds; I know all that you do.” 51 Your religion is but one religion -- and I am your only Lord, therefore, fear Me. 52 But people have cut off their affair (of unity), between them, into sects: each party rejoices in that which is with itself. 53 But leave them alone, lost in their ignorance, until a [future] time. 54 Do they imagine that the wealth and children We have provided 55 Is [because] We hasten for them good things? Rather, they do not perceive. 56 Surely those who stand in awe for fear of their Lord, 57 and those who believe in the signs of their Lord 58 and do not ascribe partners to Him; 59 who spend their property for the cause of God, and whose hearts are afraid of their return 60 These people hasten to perform goodness, and it is they who shall reach it first. 61 And we task not any soul beyond its scope, and with Us is a Record which speaketh the truth, and they will not be wronged. 62 NAY, [as for those who have torn asunder the unity of faith] - their hearts are lost in ignorance of all this! But apart from that [breach of unity] they have [on their conscience even worse] deeds; and they will [continue to] commit them 63 until We seize with Our chastisement those of them that are given to luxuriant ways. They will then begin to groan. 64 Invoke not loudly this day! Certainly, you shall not be helped by Us. 65 Our revelations had certainly been recited to you, but you turned your backs to them 66 "In arrogance: talking nonsense about the (Qur'an), like one telling fables by night." 67 Was it that you did not give any thought to it (the Quran)? Was it different from what was revealed to your fathers? 68 Or know they not their messenger, and so reject him? 69 Or do they say: There is madness in him? Nay! he has brought them the truth, and most of them are averse from the truth. 70 And if the Truth had followed their desires, verily the heavens and the earth and whosoever is therein had been corrupted. Nay, We have brought them their Reminder, but from their Reminder they now turn away. 71 Or are you asking them for any reward? But the reward of your Lord is the best, for He is the Best of Providers, 72 And verily thou! thou callest them unto a Path straight. 73 And verily, those who believe not in the Hereafter are indeed deviating far astray from the Path (true religion Islamic Monotheism). 74 ۞ If We had mercy on them and removed the distress which is on them, they would obstinately persist in their transgression, wandering in distraction to and fro. 75 And already We overtook them with chastisement, but they were not submissive to their Lord, nor do they humble themselves. 76 Until when We have opened before them a door of severe punishment, immediately they will be therein in despair. 77
