Say: "O my Lord! if Thou wilt show me (in my lifetime) that which they are warned against,- 93 "Then, O my Lord! put me not amongst the people who do wrong!" 94 And indeed, We are able to show you what We have promised them. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is fairer. We Ourselves know very well that they describe. 96 And say: My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from suggestions of the evil ones, 97 and I take refuge in Thee, O my Lord, lest they attend me.' 98 Until, when death comes to one of them he says: 'My Lord, let me go back, 99 "So that I may do good in that which I have left behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks, and behind them is Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected. 100 So when the Trumpet is blown – so there will neither be any relationship among them* that day, nor will they ask about one another. (The disbelievers) 101 If the side of ones good deeds weighs heavier on a scale, he will have everlasting happiness, 102 and he whose scales are light -- they have lost their souls in Gehenna dwelling forever, 103 The fire shall scorch their faces, and they will remain dejected in it. 104 Were not My messages recited to you and did you not reject them? 105 'Lord' they will reply, 'adversity prevailed over us and we were erring. 106 Get us out of this, O Lord. If we transgress we will surely be sinful." 107 He will say: "Be ye driven into it (with ignominy)! And speak ye not to Me! 108 Among My servants, there were those who said, "Lord, We believe, so forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the best one to show mercy." 109 Then ye took them mockingly, so that they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, and at them ye were wont to laugh. 110 Verily I have recompensed them today, for they bore patiently, verily they are the achievers. 111 Then Allah will ask them: "For how many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They shall say, 'We have tarried a day, or part of a day; ask the numberers!' 113 He will say, "You stayed not but a little - if only you had known. 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 Now Allah be Exalted, the True King! There is no Allah save Him, the Lord of the Throne of Grace. 116 Whosoever calls upon another god, other than Allah, having no proof his reckoning will be with his Lord. The unbelievers shall never prosper. 117 Say: "My Lord, forgive and have mercy. You are the best of the merciful." 118
