Say: O my Lord! if Thou shouldst make me see what they are threatened with: 93 My Lord, then do not place me among the wrongdoing people." 94 And verily to shew them that wherewith We threaten them We are surely Able. 95 Repel evil by what is best; We know best what they describe. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 I even seek Your refuge, my Lord, lest they should approach me." 98 (They shall persist in their deeds) until when death comes to anyone of them he will say: "My Lord, send me back to the world 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 Then, when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Then, those whose scales (of good deeds) are heavy, - these, they are the successful. 102 And as for him whose good deeds are light, these are they who shall have lost their souls, abiding in hell 103 the Fire smiting their faces the while they glower there. 104 [It will be said]. "Were not My verses recited to you and you used to deny them?" 105 They shall say: O our Lord! our adversity overcame us and we were an erring people: 106 Our Lord, bring us forth out of it! Then, if we revert, we shall be evildoers indeed.' 107 He shall say: slink away there unto, and speak not unto Me. 108 Surely there was a party of My servants who said: O our Lord! we believe, so do Thou forgive us and have mercy on us, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 109 but you made them a target of your derision to the point where it made you forget all remembrance of Me; and you went on and on laughing at them. 110 Today I shall recompense them for their patience, for it is they that have won. 111 [And] He will ask [the doomed]: "What number of years have you spent on earth?" 112 They shall say, 'We have tarried a day, or part of a day; ask the numberers!' 113 God will say, "You have indeed remained there for a short time. Would that you knew it during your life time. 114 Deemed ye then that We had created you for naught, and that ye would not be returned unto Us? 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King; no god is there but He, the Lord of the honorable dominion. 116 Whoever worships another god apart from God, for which he holds no proof, will have to account for it before his Lord. Verily the unbelievers will not prosper. 117 And, [O Muhammad], say, "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful." 118
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
