Say: "O Lord, if I am made to see what has been promised them, 93 Then do not, O Lord, put me among the sinners." 94 And verily We are Able to show thee that which We have promised them. 95 Respond to the injustice (done to you) with the better deed. We know best what they attribute to God. 96 And say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 (They shall persist in their deeds) until when death comes to anyone of them he will say: "My Lord, send me back to the world 99 “Perhaps I may do some good deeds in what I have left behind”; this is just a word that he utters from his mouth; and confronting them is a barrier until the day in which they will be raised. 100 When the trumpet is blown, on that Day there will be no ties of relationship between them; neither will they ask about one another: 101 Then he whose scales are heavy -- they are the prosperers, 102 But those whose scales are lighter will perish and abide in Hell for ever. 103 The fire burneth their faces, and they are glum therein. 104 Have not My revelations been rehearsed unto you, and them ye have been belying? 105 They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray. 106 Our Lord! Oh, bring us forth from hence! If we return (to evil) then indeed we shall be wrong-doers. 107 [But] He will say: "Away with you into this [ignominy]! And speak no more unto Me! 108 Indeed, there was a party of My servants who said, 'Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy upon us, and You are the best of the merciful.' 109 Then ye took them mockingly, so that they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, and at them ye were wont to laugh. 110 [But,] behold, today I have rewarded them for their patience in adversity: verily, it is they, they who have achieved a triumph!" 111 He (Allah) will say: "What number of years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: We tarried a day or part of a day, but ask those who keep account. 113 He will say: Ye tarried but a little if ye only knew. 114 "Do you imagine that We created you without any purpose and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King! there is no god but he, Lord of the Throne honoured. 116 And whoever invokes (or worships), besides Allah, any other ilah (god), of whom he has no proof, then his reckoning is only with his Lord. Surely! Al-Kafirun (the disbelievers in Allah and in the Oneness of Allah, polytheists, pagans, idolaters, etc.) will not be successful. 117 Hence, [O believer,] say: "O my Sustainer! Grant [me] forgiveness and bestow Thy mercy [upon me]: for Thou art the truest bestower of mercy!" 118
