Say thou; my Lord! if Thou wilt shew me that wherewith they are threatened. 93 then do not place me, Lord, with the wrongdoers." 94 And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is fairer. We Ourselves know very well that they describe. 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 I seek refuge in You lest they come to me." 98 lt ceaseth not until when death cometh to one of them, and he saith: my Lord! send me back. 99 “Perhaps I may do some good deeds in what I have left behind”; this is just a word that he utters from his mouth; and confronting them is a barrier until the day in which they will be raised. 100 For when the Trumpet is blown, that day there shall be no kinship any more between them, neither will they question one another. 101 It will be an Hour when those whose scales are heavy, they alone will attain success; 102 And those whose scales (of good deeds) are light, they are those who lose their ownselves, in Hell will they abide. 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 (They will be told), "Were Our revelations not recited to you and did you not call them lies?" 105 They will say: Our Lord! Our evil fortune conquered us, and we were erring folk. 106 O our Sustainer! Cause us to come out of this [suffering] - and then, if ever We revert [to sinning,] may we truly be [deemed] evildoers!" 107 [But] He will say: "Away with you into this [ignominy]! And speak no more unto Me! 108 Indeed, there was a party of My servants who said, 'Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy upon us, and You are the best of the merciful.' 109 but you made them a target of your derision to the point where it made you forget all remembrance of Me; and you went on and on laughing at them. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this day forasmuch as they were steadfast in that they, even they, are the triumphant. 111 They will be asked: "How long did you live on the earth in terms of years?" 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He will say, "You only stayed for a little while, if only you knew. 114 Deemed ye then that We had created you for naught, and that ye would not be returned unto Us? 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 And whoever invokes besides Allah another deity for which he has no proof - then his account is only with his Lord. Indeed, the disbelievers will not succeed. 117 And, [O Muhammad], say, "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful." 118
