Blessed is He who, if He please, can give you better things than that; gardens watered by flowing streams, and palaces too. 10 In fact they deny the Last Day; and We have kept prepared a blazing fire for those who deny the Last Day. 11 When the Hellfire sees them from a distant place, they will hear its fury and roaring. 12 When they are thrown into a narrow space, chained together, they will plead for death. 13 [But they will be told:] "Pray not today for one single extinction, but pray for many extinctions!" 14 Say: "Is that best, or the eternal garden, promised to the righteous? for them, that is a reward as well as a goal (of attainment). 15 Therein abiding, they have all that they desire. It is for thy Lord a promise that must be fulfilled. 16 And on the day when He shall gather them, and whatever they served besides Allah, He shall say: Was it you who led astray these My servants, or did they themselves go astray from the path? 17 They will answer: 'Exaltations to You. We should not have taken others for a guardian, but You gave them and their fathers enjoyment until they forgot Your Remembrance and they were a destroyed nation' 18 So now they belie you in that which ye said; so ye are not able to obtain diversion nor help. And whosoever of you doth wrong, him We shall make taste a great torment. 19 O Muhammad,, all the Messengers whom We sent before you also ate food and moved about in the streets. In fact, We have made you all a means of test for one another. Will you show patience? for your Lord sees everything. 20
