The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of a Book luminous. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 8 And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 9
