The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 But if We had so willed, We could have sent down to them a sign from the heavens so that their heads would be bowed down before it in utter humility. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 Your Lord, He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
