۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
