۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
