۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
