The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 Indeed they have denied, so now soon coming upon them are the tidings of what they used to scoff at. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 Your Lord is the Majestic and the All-merciful. 9
