۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 (Saying): "These (Israelites) are but a small band, 54 And verily they have enraged us. 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
