۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 "There is a small group of people 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
