The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Ruin is for every open slanderer, backbiter. 1 who amasses wealth, counting it over, 2 thinking his riches have made him immortal! 3 By no means! He shall surely be cast into the Crushing Fire. 4 How will you comprehend what Hutama is? 5 The Fire of God kindled 6 Which penetrates the hearts 7 Verily it will close in upon them, 8 in extended columns. 9

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
