۞ AND [there came a time when] We inspired Moses thus: "Go forth with My servants by night: for, behold, you will be pursued!" 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 "There is a small group of people 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
