۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 and We saved Moses and all who were with him, 65 and drowned the other party. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
