Surely the tree of the Zaqqum, 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 Like dregs of oil; it shall boil in (their) bellies, 45 As the seething of boiling water. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is what you used to doubt.” 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 therein calling for every fruit, secure. 55 There they will not know any death apart from the first death they had died, and will be kept safe from the torment of Hell 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59
