The people of Noah accused the apostles of lies. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 so fear God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 Hence, I shall not drive away [any of] those [who profess to be] believers; 114 "I am sent only to warn plainly in public." 115 Said they: "Indeed, if thou desist not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be stoned to death!" 116 He said: My Lord! Lo! my own folk deny me. 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 We saved him and those who were with him in the laden ship, 119 and drowned the others. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
