And indeed, the Qur'an is the revelation of the Lord of the worlds. 192 brought down by the Faithful Spirit 193 To communicate to your heart that you may be a warner 194 in the clear Arabic tongue. 195 Its news was also mentioned in the ancient Books. 196 Is it not a sign unto them that the learned among the Children of Isra'il know it? 197 Had We revealed it to any one of the non-Arabs, 198 and he had recited it to them, they would not have believed in it. 199 This is how We have made denying embedded in the hearts of the guilty. 200 They will not believe in it to the extent that they see the painful punishment. 201 It shall come to them of a sudden, while they perceive it not; 202 and they will say, 'Shall we be respited?' 203 What, do they seek to hasten Our chastisement? 204 Beholdest thou? if We let them enjoy for years. 205 And then what they were promised comes upon them, 206 It will profit them not that they enjoyed (this life)! 207 We never destroyed any habitation but that it had warners 208 For reminder, for We never were oppressors. 209 And this Qur'an was not brought down by the devils. 210 It behoveth them not, nor they can. 211 verily, [even] from hearing it are they utterly debarred! 212 So call not thou unto another god along with Allah, lest thou be of the doomed. 213 And O dear Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him, warn your closest relatives. 214 And lower thy wing to the Believers who follow thee. 215 And if they disobey you, then say, "Indeed, I am disassociated from what you are doing." 216 And put thy trust in the Mighty, the Merciful. 217 Who sees you when you arise 218 And your movements among those who fall prostrate (along with you to Allah in the five compulsory congregational prayers). 219 Verily! He, only He, is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower. 220 Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend? 221 They descend on every great accuser, extreme sinner, the magicians. 222 Who give ear, and most of them are liars. 223 As for poets, only the wayward follow them. 224 Have you not seen how they wander in every valley, 225 preaching what they do not practice. 226 Except those [poets] who believe and do righteous deeds and remember Allah often and defend [the Muslims] after they were wronged. And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned. 227
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
