And those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)? 67 "Indeed we were promised this, we and our forefathers before, Verily, these are nothing but tales of ancients." 68 Say thou: travel in the land and behold what like hath been the end of the culprits. 69 But grieve not over them, nor distress thyself because of their plots. 70 And they say, “When will this promise come, if you are truthful?” 71 Say, “It could be that a part of what you are impatient for is (already) after you.” 72 Truly, your Lord is bountiful to mankind, but most of them are not grateful. 73 And indeed, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they declare. 74 There is nothing that is hidden - be it in the heaven or the earth - but is recorded in a Clear Book. 75 Indeed this Qur'an explains to the children of Israel much of what they are at variance. 76 And indeed, it is guidance and mercy for the believers. 77 Indeed your Lord judges between them with His command; and He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. 78 Trust in God for you follow the manifest truth. 79 Verily thou canst not make the dead hear, nor canst thou make the deaf hear the call when they flee turning their backs. 80 Nor can you lead the blind when they have gone astray. You can make none hear except those who believe in Our signs and have come to peace and submission. 81 ۞ Now, [as for the deaf and blind of heart -] when the word [of truth] stands revealed against them, We shall bring forth unto them out of the earth a creature, which will tell them that mankind had no real faith in Our messages. 82
