Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Allah is Sufficient as a Witness between me and you; He knows all what is in the heavens and in the earth; and those who accepted faith in falsehood and denied faith in Allah – it is they who are the losers.” 52 And they urge you to hasten the punishment. And if not for [the decree of] a specified term, punishment would have reached them. But it will surely come to them suddenly while they perceive not. 53 They demand of thee to hasten the chastisement! Lo, Gehenna encompasses the unbelievers. 54 On the Day the punishment will cover them from above them and from below their feet and it is said, "Taste [the result of] what you used to do." 55 O My bondmen who believe! Indeed My earth is spacious – therefore worship Me alone. 56 Every soul shall taste of death; then unto Us ye shall be returned. 57 We shall lodge forever those who believe and do good works in the mansions of Paradise beside which rivers flow. How excellent is the reward of those who labour, 58 such men as are patient, and put their trust in their Lord. 59 And many creatures walk upon the earth that do not carry their own sustenance; Allah provides the sustenance to them and to you; and only He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. 60 If you ask them: 'Who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon?' They will say: 'Allah'; How perverted they are! 61 God gives abundantly to whom He will and sparingly to whom He pleases. God has full knowledge of all things. 62 If thou askest them, 'Who sends down out of heaven water, and therewith revives the earth after it is dead?' they will say, 'God.' Say: 'Praise belongs to God.' Nay, but most of them have no understanding. 63
