Say thou: Allah sufficeth for witness between me and you: He knoweth whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth. And they who believe in falsehood and disbelieve in Allah, those: they shall be the losers. 52 They demand you to bring upon them torment immediately. Had not the time been fixed, the torment would certainly have approached them. It would have come to them suddenly and they would not have even realized how it came. 53 They ask you to hasten the punishment, but surely, Hell is [already] encompassing those who deny the truth. 54 On the day when the doom will overwhelm them from above them and from underneath their feet, and He will say: Taste what ye used to do! 55 O My servants who believe! truly, spacious is My Earth: therefore serve ye Me - (and Me alone)! 56 Every being shall taste death, then it is to Us that you shall be sent back. 57 And those who believe and work righteous works - them We shall surely settle in lofty dwellings of the Garden whereunder the rivers flow; they shall be abiders therein. Excellent is the hire of the workers. 58 Who persevere, and put their trust in their Lord! 59 And how many a living creature is there that takes no thought of its own sustenance; [the while] God provides for it as [He provides] for you - since He alone is all-hearing, all-knowing. 60 If you were to ask them: "Who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon?" They will surely reply: "Allah." How then are they deviating (as polytheists and disbelievers)? 61 God increases the sustenance of whichever of His servants He wants and He determines their share. God has the knowledge of all things. 62 And if you asked them, "Who sends down rain from the sky and gives life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness?" they would surely say " Allah." Say, "Praise to Allah "; but most of them do not reason. 63
