O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and wives of the believers that they should draw over themselves some of their outer garments [when in public], so as to be recognized and not harmed. God is most forgiving and most merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is disease and those who spread rumors in al-Madinah do not cease, We will surely incite you against them; then they will not remain your neighbors therein except for a little. 60 Accursed to be caught wherever found and to be slain thoroughly. 61 God's wont with those who passed away before; and thou shall find no changing the wont of God. 62 People will ask you about the Hour. Say, "God alone has knowledge of it. Who knows? The Hour may well be near at hand." 63 God has condemned the unbelievers and prepared for them a burning torment 64 There they will live forever, and they will find therein neither friend nor helper. 65 Upon the day when their faces are turned about in the Fire they shall say, 'Ah, would we had obeyed God and the Messenger! 66 They will say: "O our Lord, we obeyed our leaders and the elders, but they only led us astray. 67 O Lord, give them a double punishment, and put a grievous curse upon them." 68
