(O Prophet), say to those who associate others with Allah in His Divinity: “Call upon those whom you fancied to be deities beside Allah. They own not even the smallest particle, neither in the heavens nor on the earth; nor do they have any share in the ownership of either of them. Nor is any of them even a helper of Allah. 22 No intercession can avail with Allah except for him whom Allah permits (to intercede). When their hearts are relieved of fright they will ask the intercessors: “What did your Lord say?” They will reply: “(He said) what is right, and He is the High, the Great.” 23 ۞ Say, "Who provides for you from the heavens and the earth?" Say, "Allah. And indeed, we or you are either upon guidance or in clear error." 24 Say: "Ye shall not be questioned as to our sins, nor shall we be questioned as to what ye do." 25 Say: "Our Lord will gather us together and judge between us equitably, for He is the Judge all-knowing." 26 Say: "Show me those whom ye have joined with Him as partners: by no means (can ye). Nay, He is Allah, the Exalted in Power, the Wise." 27 We have sent you as a bearer of glad news and a warner to the whole of mankind, but most people do not know. 28 And they say: when is this promise to be fulfilled if ye say sooth? 29 Say: You have the appointment of a day from which you cannot hold back any while, nor can you bring it on. 30
