And the trumpet shall be blown, and lo! from the tombs unto their Lord they shall be hastening. 51 "Woe betide us!" they will say, "Who has roused us from our sleep?" This is what the Lord of Mercy promised: the messengers spoke the truth! 52 Then there will simply be one single Blast, and all will have gathered before Us. 53 today no soul will be wronged at all; nor shall ye be requited but for that which ye have been working. 54 Indeed the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation - 55 they and their spouses shall be reclining on their couches in shady groves; 56 For them will be fruits and whatever they ask. 57 [And] "Peace," a word from a Merciful Lord. 58 (And He will say): 'Distance yourselves, O sinners, this Day. 59 ۞ "Did I not enjoin on you, O ye Children of Adam, that ye should not worship Satan; for that he was to you an enemy avowed?- 60 And that: ye shall worship Me? this is the straight path. 61 And indeed he (Satan) did lead astray a great multitude of you. Did you not, then, understand? 62 This is Hell which you were promised! 63 endure it today as an outcome of your persistent denial of the truth!" 64 This day We seal up their mouths, and their hands speak out to Us and their feet bear witness as to what they used to earn. 65 And if We listed, surely We should wipe out their eyes so that they would struggle for the way; how then would they see? 66 And had it been Our will [that they should not be free to choose between right and wrong,] We could surely have given them a different nature [and created them as beings rooted] in their places, so that they would not be able to move forward, and could not turn back.] 67
