The trumpet will be blown and, at once, they will rise up from their graves, and hasten to their Lord. 51 "Woe betide us!" they will say, "Who has roused us from our sleep?" This is what the Lord of Mercy promised: the messengers spoke the truth! 52 It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us. 53 So this day no soul will be wronged in the least; and you will not be compensated except for your deeds. 54 See, the inhabitants of Paradise today are busy in their rejoicing, 55 They and their associates will be in groves of (cool) shade, reclining on Thrones (of dignity); 56 They shall have fruits and all that they call for. 57 Peace, a saying from the Most Merciful Lord. 58 [Then He will say], "But stand apart today, you criminals. 59 ۞ “O Descendants of Adam! Did I not take a covenant from you that you shall not worship the devil? Undoubtedly, he is your open enemy.” 60 and serve Me alone: this is the Straight Way? 61 But he beguiled a great many of you. Why did you not then understand? 62 "This, then, is the hell of which you were warned again and again: 63 Roast in it now for having disbelieved." 64 Today We shall put a seal on their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us and their feet shall bear witness to what they had been doing. 65 And if We willed, We could have obliterated their eyes, and they would race to [find] the path, and how could they see? 66 And had We willed, We verily could have fixed them in their place, making them powerless to go forward or turn back. 67
