Lo! Abraham was a nation obedient to Allah, by nature upright, and he was not of the idolaters; 120 Grateful for His favours: He chose him and guided him to a straight path. 121 And We vouchsafed unto him good in this world, and in the Hereafter he shall be of the righteous. 122 And then We sent you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) the divine revelation that, “Follow the religion of Ibrahim, who was free from all falsehood; and was not a polytheist.” 123 The Sabbath was only enjoined on those who differed about it. Your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection regarding the things about which they differed. 124 Call to the Path of your Lord with wisdom and fine admonition. Dispute with them in the best manner. Your Lord is well aware of those who have gone astray from His Path and He is well aware of those who are guided. 125 And if you chastise, chastise even as you have been chastised; and yet assuredly if you are patient, better it is for those patient. 126 And be patient, [O Muhammad], and your patience is not but through Allah. And do not grieve over them and do not be in distress over what they conspire. 127 Lo! Allah is with those who keep their duty unto Him and those who are doers of good. 128
