And whomsoever We grant long life, We reverse him in creation. Reflect then they not? 68 We have not taught him poetry; it is not seemly for him. It is only a Remembrance and a Clear Koran, 69 That it may warn him who would have life, and (that) the word may prove true against the unbelievers. 70 Have they not seen how that We have created for them of that Our hands wrought cattle that they own? 71 We have subjected the cattle to them so that some of them they ride and eat the flesh of others. 72 They derive a variety of benefits and drinks from them. Will they, then, not give thanks? 73 And they have appointed Gods other than Allah, that perhaps they may be helped! 74 but they are not able to help them: rather they will be brought before God as their allied host. 75 Let not their words grieve you. We have knowledge of all that they conceal and all that they reveal. 76 Has the human not seen how We created him from a drop (of sperm)? Yet he is a clear opponent. 77 And he strikes out a likeness for Us and forgets his own creation. Says he: Who will give life to the bones when they are rotten? 78 Say thou: He shall quicken them Who brought them forth for the first time, and He is of every kind of creation the Knower! 79 He has created fire for you out of the green tree from which you can kindle other fires. 80 How can He who created the heavens and the earth not be able to create others like them? Why not? He is the real creator all-knowing. 81 Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "Be!" and it is! 82 So glory be to Him, in whose hand is the dominion of everything, and unto whom you shall be returned. 83
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
