And whomsoever We grant long life, We reverse him in creation. Reflect then they not? 68 And We have not taught him poetry, nor it befitteth him. This is but an admonition and a Recital luminous: 69 to warn all who are truly alive, and to justify the word [God's verdict] against the deniers. 70 Have they not seen how We have created for them the cattle they master with Our Hands? 71 And that We have subjected them to their (use)? of them some do carry them and some they eat: 72 Benefits and (divers) drinks have they from them. Will they not then give thanks? 73 But they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped. 74 They cannot help them, for them (the so called) army are brought (with them to Hell). 75 Let not their words grieve you. Surely We know all things about them, what they conceal and what they reveal. 76 Does not man see that We created him from a drop. Yet there he is, flagrantly contentious, 77 And he strikes out a likeness for Us and forgets his own creation. Says he: Who will give life to the bones when they are rotten? 78 Say: 'He shall quicken them, who originated them the first time; He knows all creation, 79 who has made for you out of the green tree fire and lo, from it you kindle.' 80 Is He who created the heavens and the earth unable to create their like? Yes, indeed, He is the Creator, the Knower. 81 His affair, when He intendeth a thing, is only that He saith unto it: be, and it becometh. 82 So glory be to Him, in whose hand is the dominion of everything, and unto whom you shall be returned. 83
