The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the angels ranged in ranks. 1 And by oath of those who herd with a stern warning. 2 And thus proclaim the Message (of Allah)! 3 Lo! thy Lord is surely One; 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and everything between them; Lord of the Easts. 5 We have decked the lower heavens with stars 6 And (there is) a safeguard against every rebellious Shaitan. 7 they listen not to the High Council, for they are pelted from every side, 8 Outcast, and theirs is a perpetual torment; 9 Except him who snatcheth away a word by stealth, and him then pursueth a glowing flame. 10 Just ask their opinion: are they the more difficult to create, or the (other) beings We have created? Them have We created out of a sticky clay! 11 (Muhammad), you will be surprised that they still mock (God's revelations). 12 and when they are reminded [of the truth,] they refuse to take it to heart; 13 And whenever they see a sign, they mock at it. 14 it and say, "It is only plain magic". 15 When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 16 "And also our fathers of old?" 17 Say, "Yes, and you will be [rendered] contemptible." 18 For it is only a single scaring, then behold, they are watching 19 and they say, 'Woe, alas for us! This is the Day of Doom.' 20 [It will be said], "This is the Day of Judgement which you have been denying." 21

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
