Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 when their brother Noah said to them, 'Will you not be godfearing? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 Have fear of God and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they may have been doing (in the past)? 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand. 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 Then We drowned the rest afterwards 120 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
