The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By those [angels] lined up in rows 1 and restraining [from evil] by a call to restraint, 2 and those who recite the Exhortation; 3 Verily your God is One. 4 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, and Lord of the easts. 5 Surely We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment, the stars, 6 and have made them secure against every rebellious, satanic force, 7 These satans cannot listen to what transpires in the High Council for they are pelted away from every side 8 and are repelled. Theirs is an unceasing chastisement. 9 And if any is able to snatch a fragment, he is pursued by a piercing flame. 10 Then ask them (O Muhammad): Are they stronger as a creation, or those (others) whom we have created? Lo! We created them of plastic clay. 11 You marvel (at the wondrous creations of Allah) and they scoff at it, 12 And, when they are admonished, pay no heed,- 13 And, when they see a Sign, turn it to mockery, 14 and say: 'This is nothing but clear sorcery' 15 "What! when we die, and become dust and bones, shall we (then) be raised up (again) 16 And our forefathers [as well]?" 17 Tell them: “Yes; and you are utterly helpless (against Allah).” 18 There will be but a single blast and then their eyes will open. 19 They will then say: “Woe for us. This is the Day of Judgement.” 20 'This is the Day of Decision, even that you cried lies to. 21
