We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 And showed them the right path. 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 and at night. Do you still not understand? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
