Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them, so that they became the victors; 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 and night: will you not take heed? 138

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
