Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 and at night.
