Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say: "That is a Message Supreme (above all),- 67 from which you are turning away. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 it has only been revealed to me that I am a plain warner." 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 And when I have fashioned him and breathed into him of My Spirit, then fall down before him prostrate, 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 God said, "Satan, what prevented you from prostrating yourself to what I created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance, or are you of those who think [only] of themselves as exalted?" 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 He said, “Therefore exit from heaven, for you have been outcast.” (To disrespect the Prophets – peace and blessings be upon them – is blasphemy.) 77 Upon thee shall rest My curse, till the Day of Doom.' 78 He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." 79 He (Allah) said: 'You are among those that are respited 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 He said: Then, by Thy might, I surely will beguile them every one, 82 except those among them who are Your sincere worshipers' 83 The Lord said, "I swear by the Truth - and I speak the Truth - 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for the Qur'an any payment, and I am not of the pretentious 86 this is simply an admonition to mankind, 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
