Did you not see those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah? Where are they being diverted? 69 Those who belie the Book and that with which We sent Our Messengers shall soon know. 70 When the fetters and chains are on their necks, and they dragged 71 Through boiling waters; then they are thrust into the Fire. 72 Then shall it be said to them: "Where are the (deities) to which ye gave part-worship- 73 Other than Allah?" They will say, "They have departed from us; rather, we did not used to invoke previously anything." Thus does Allah put astray the disbelievers. 74 That is because ye had been exulting in the earth without right, and because ye had been strutting. 75 Enter the gates of Gehenna and live there for ever. Evil is the lodging of the proud. 76 Then have patience (O Muhammad). Lo! the promise of Allah is true. And whether we let thee see a part of that which We promise them, or (whether) We cause thee to die, still unto Us they will be brought back. 77 Assuredly We have sent apostles before thee, of them are these whose story We have recounted unto thee and these whose story We have not recounted unto thee. And it was not possible for any apostle that he should bring a sign save by Allah's leave. So when the commade of Allah cometh, judgment will be given with truth, and then will lose the followers of falsehood. 78
