The day the enemies of God will be gathered at the Fire and the records of their deeds will be distributed, 19 At length, when they reach the (Fire), their hearing, their sight, and their skins will bear witness against them, as to (all) their deeds. 20 And they will say to their skins, "Why have you testified against us?" They will say, "We were made to speak by Allah, who has made everything speak; and He created you the first time, and to Him you are returned. 21 You did not (think) to hide your deeds from your ears, eyes and skin and you felt that God would not know all that you had been doing. 22 This thought of yours about your Lord has led to your perdition and you have become among the losers.” 23 Even if they are patient the Fire shall still be their lodging, and if they seek pardon, they shall not be among those who are pardoned. 24 ۞ We had assigned to them close companions who made their past and present look attractive to them; and the fate that had once befallen the communities of jinns and men before them was justified upon them. They were indeed bound to perish. 25
